Customer Love Week is Our Favorite Week!

At PartCycle, we sell used auto parts so our customers can get back on the road and back to doing what they love. And we love our customers so much… We decided to create an entire customer love week to tell our buyers thank you for trusting us with their vehicles. It’s important to us that you know how thankful we are.

Each member of the PartCycle team thought of ways to let our customers know we love them. Because we all have different skills here at PartCycle HQ, each of us said “I love you” in our own special way.
  • Co-Founder Brandon Gillis sent a love letter to everyone who has purchased from us.
  • The Marketing Team jazzed up our emails and Help Center articles for customers with more images and friendlier text.
  • The Marketing Team also sent out post cards to everyone who has purchased from us in the past.
  • The Development Team created more exciting loading messages and created a function to allow users to have a nickname in our database.
  • In the office, we installed a Customer MVP wall, where we highlight top customers on a rotating basis. In the technology world, it is easy to forget who you are actually working for, so this will be a visual reminder for us as soon as we walk in to the office each day.
